HOW PEOPLE ARE NOMINATED FOR THE HALL OF FAME
We are trying to build a list of former American Legion Baseball Players, former Coaches/Manages and Volunteers
who have been a participant in their local American Legion Baseball Program. We rely very heavily on Legion Post and
Legion Members all over the State of Washington who can help us identify those people who should be considered for
induction into the Hall of Fame.
Below you will find a link to the process that you can view and print.
If you have
any concerns or questions contact us at chairman@wastatealb.org.
The primary form that is required to be filled out is available below and we ask the person nominating
a player, coach, manager or volunteer to provide us with as much information as possible. We encourage everyone
in the nomination process to involve their local American Legion Post if it is still active in your local community.
They have a wealth of information and archived files that may assist you in completing the application.
If you need
assistance completing the application; contact us and we will help you with the process. People who can assist you are
your local sports writers, high school administrators, local college baseball programs and family members of the nominee
who still live in your community.. All applications will stay in consideration for a 2 year period and after 2 years you will
have to re-nominate the person. Click the link below to access the fill in the blank application.
